I’m going to play a little blogging catch up these next few weeks.

 I’m taking a little time off from shooting to work on the other 80% of my business that is not photographing or meeting with clients!

This year’s holiday mini sessions were by far my favorite yet.

Not only did I have really amazing & fun families, but I found a location that screamed “Hello!  It’s the holidays!”

My clients were so happy with the images & the colors that more than half of  designed wall displays!

Here’s the three images they chose to add to their beautiful family staircase wall of 20×20 canvases.

It finally hit me yesterday that the holidays are HERE!

I’ve been very busy with shoots this month, so much fun, such a great thing!

  I picked up my kids from school yesterday and they were SO happy to be on break.  We stopped by the craft store for foam cones, and the dollar store for candy, put Christmas music on Pandora and crafted the rainy afternoon away.  Perfection.

These candy trees are one of our yearly traditions.  They are not completed yet, and I will share when they are done.

I Believe

We met the most incredible Santa this past week.   He was a storybook Santa, not only in looks, but the way he smiled and interacted with my daughter.

I’m not kidding when I say I believe – just look at him – it’s the REAL Santa!

I was tearing up behind the lens for this image … my last child to truly 100% believe in Santa.  Where does the time go?  Enjoy every moment, that’s for sure!

Oh, and not only did we meet the real Santa, but my Elf on a Shelf has come to life too …

Ha ha ha!
