Waiting on the Plane | Raleigh Portrait Photographer

This summer we booked zero summer camps for the kids, using the budget for travel to see family & friends. It is one of the better decisions we’ve made lately!
Yesterday my son came home after seven ‘wicked’ days in Boston. Oh my gosh I missed him so much! So much that we were about an hour early to the airport waiting on him.

Here’s a fun shot I took of my daughter while waiting.

Have a great Tuesday!

Sweet Mr. P | Raleigh Newborn Photographer

Last weekend I had the honor to meet sweet baby P.  He is the first born of a previous client of mine.

I consider it the biggest perk of my work, to be a part of growing families and to witness & capture the changes through the years.   Incredibly rewarding,  satisfying & humbling.

When I arrived at their home, he was just finishing up his bottle.   He was very happy and content.

This little man didn’t make a peep the entire session, a true little sweetheart…

.

I can’t wait to see him grow … we will be back with more milestone images from his first year!

Mr. P | Preview | Raleigh Family Photography

Today was so amazing. Although I am stepping away from work a bit this summer, I just had to say yes this opportunity to photograph the newborn of a recent client.

It is such a joy to have clients come back to me to photograph the milestones in their lives.  I feel like my friendship and family circle never stops growing and that makes my heart so  happy :)

The love & happiness I felt today was overwhelming, and little Mr. P was one of the sweetest and most mellow little men I’ve met lately.

The George Family | Raleigh Family Portrait Photography

What a pleasure to photograph this beautiful family.

Kind, outgoing & just plain happy together!

I first met Mom & the oldest daughter Miss H. when I photographed her Cotillion pictures.  You may remember some of those fun images HERE.

We started this session at their home, and then headed downtown to capture some images that included some gorgeous doors.

When I met with Mom at home for the pre-session consultation, I noticed she had several framed door images hanging on her walls.  We both decided it would be a fun way to keep her theme going!

.

How sweet are these sisters?

I just love our color choices for this session, and how they complimented the scenery so perfectly!

We hopped in the car and headed downtown for some more brilliant color & a lot of fun shots!

We found this freshly painted blue brick and had some with it …

My favorite image from the session…doesn’t look like NC, does it!

.

Thank you George family for a fantastic afternoon!

.

Stay tuned for a post coming up spotlighting the wall displays we created with their images.

These colorful images on a metal print = stunning!
